Job Description:

My client is a listed IT Security company based in Bryanston. 
Due to organic growth of the business they currently need to appoint a Support Services Manager that comes from an IT company. The support services team is responsible for delivering the company’s monitoring, support, administration and maintenance services to their customers. 

Day to Day:
  • Leads a team of support engineers
  • Implements and redefines processes and procedures to ensure quick tickets resolution and ultimate customer satisfaction
  • Provides/identifies coaching, training, and mentoring for support team members
  • Responsible for hiring additional staff, in addition to motivating and correcting current staff
  • Reviews typical and atypical cases and the way they were managed by the support team
  • Provides critical feedback to support team to maintain technical accuracy.
Required Skill Sets:
  • Tertiary qualification would be beneficial
  • Experience managing and motivating technical teams
  • Has experience defining and redefining processes and procedures in an external support environment
