6 Month contract 

Requirement

  1. Human Capital Management (HR) (Provide Certificate)
  2. Fiori UI5 Development (Provide Certificate)
  3. Enterprise Portal (For SOH HR) (Provide Certificate)
  4. Experience in S/4HANA or SOH in the relevant module will be an advantage
  5. Previous experience in user support for logged problems and information requests
  6. Knowledge of fault or any fault logging system
  7. Problem-solving and assessment skills
  8. Analytical skills
  9. Certification in S/4HANA for relevant module will be added advantage
  10. Knowledge on Solution Manager change management, business blue print and configuration processes and test management system
  11. Escalation/change control process knowledge

  14. Expert knowledge of SDLC

Scope of work

  • Provide the strategy and design of the above solution.
  • Financial migration from ECC6 to S/4 HANA including the prerequisites for a migration, configuration of the system in preparation for migration, and performing the required migration steps.
  • Preparation phase – Run pre-check programs, Update Solution Manager for process redesign and reporting, Perform reconciliation, period-end-activities and gather reporting snapshots
  • Customising phase – Customise and activate Asset Accounting and integration with GL
  • Data Migration – Migration of financial data (/FI-AA) and perform reconciliation and all required checks for data before and after the migration
  • Configure of relevant SAP S/4 HANA Finance Asset Management module to meet business requirements
  • Provides S/4HANA Finance and SAP Fiori skills and perform knowledge transfer to Eskom SAP CoE staff
  • Arrange / facilitate workshops with relevant parties and project manage the solution within the project plan time line in Eskom SAP Solution Manager
  • Comply with Eskom templates and requirements.
  • Maintain the current business process for the respective area on SAP Solution Manager System for the S/4 HANA implementation project.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining supporting documentation on SAP Solution Manger for example:
  • Configuration rational, including configuration specifications
  • Development, including functional specifications.
  • Test cases, including test manuals
  • Role testing includes gap analysis, and set-up authorisation objects in line with Eskom business / policy.
  • Training material, including training manuals for end user training.
  • Create and perform the execution of test management scripts on SAP Solution Manager.
  • Conduct / coordinate the following tests on SAP Solution Manager
  • Unit test
  • Integration test (Identify integration points within Eskom and arrange testing with these departments)
  • Role base testing
  • Performance testing
  • UAT testing
  • Create / Manage defects on SAP Solution Manager.
  • Analyze reported problems, enhancement requests, and minor and major process redesigns for implementation
  • Assist in developing strategy for optimizing the use of SAP, and assist in business case development and advise on the feasibility of potential future projects
  • Drive the solution, have own status meetings.
  • Provide feedback to the project managers or team lead as required.
  • Attend team, operational, project and steering meetings on an invitation basis.
  • Comply with Eskom Change Management process on Solution Manager for transports.
  • User support for logged problems and information requests
  • Provides consultative services
  • Analyse reported problems, enhancement requests, and minor and major process redesigns for implementation
  • Work in union with staff to develop and maintain the implementation plans and coordinate the scheduled work of other as-needed team members to complete the implementation, including documentation, testing, training, etc.
