Job Description:

A large well know retail company with their Head-Office based in Sandton, are currently looking to employ a well presented, well spoken, professional CRM Specialist with strong Data Analysis experience to start immediately or as soon as possible.

Salary: R30 000 – R35 000 CTC per month

Overtime work may be required to meet deadlines and/or complete tasks.
After hours support may be required.
Meeting deadlines is critical to this position
 
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
  • The specialist will be responsible to manage the CRM system of the company.
  • To assist in system administration to internal system users for a range of systems including CRM, ERP and document management.
  • To build system customizations and integrations where necessary.
  • To assist in the creation of BI reports, documentation and training materials
  • Has the opportunity to become/grow into the role of the IT Departments Manager
 
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • CRM/IT Tertiary Qualification Advantageous
  • Coding skills in C#, Javascript and SQL
  • SQL Database Management
  • Strong data analysis experience required
  • IIS and .NET Framework
  • A minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in: Microsoft Dynamics CRM customisation & Using API’s and SDK’s for software integrations
  • General understanding of accounting
  • Professional – well presented, well spoken, high quality of work
  • Strong client centricity
  • Proactive
  • Has the ability to take responsibility and accountability for work done
 
 
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Support:
  • Receives telephonic and e-mail enquiries.
  • Provides advice and makes mid-level system changes as necessary within standards and parameters specified.
  • Escalates high level system issues as per specified procedures.
  • Liaising with third party suppliers to execute CRM projects on time and on budget.
  • Occasionally writing and deploying code to implement urgent business processes and capabilities or to fix errors that are causing business interruptions
 
Administration:
  • Performs system functions as laid down e.g. daily ‘health’ checks.
  • Creates user manuals on all major system functions.
  • Assists with user training to ensure that users are competent to perform the functions as required.
  • Creates automated workflows that are running and working as expected.
  • Administers user licensing by ensuring that there is a license for every user and deals with new users and leaving users
 
Reporting:
  • Creates Reports using SQL Reporting Services.
  • Designs reports under the supervision of the IT Manager.
  • Runs SQL reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as specified.
  • Querying the database and generating reports to help management make business decisions
 
Projects:
  • Participates in projects as required by the Company from time to time.
  • Assists in all phases of project including scoping, design, implementation and maintenance
