Job Description:

Looking for an experienced Support Engineer for a fast-paced tech start-up in Cape Town. You'll be held accountable to maintain the service level agreements, customer satisfaction as well as complete successfully all logged tickets.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience as support technician, support engineer or Tier 2/3 support analyst, preferably for web-based enterprise SaaS applications
  • Technical background (engineering, software development, or computer science)  
  • Ample experience with web-based technology, APIs and ideally GIS platforms like ESRI
  • Experience with Zendesk or other support platforms, as well as Microsoft Azure DevOps
  • Experience as an IT systems administrator, especially servicing Microsoft products such as Office365
  • Desirable to hold Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Technology Specialist, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate or equivalent technical certification.
