Job Description:

Our company is currently expanding its services to our esteemed customers, therefore we are currently looking for compentent, service driven, energetic candidates to fill the call centre vacancies available in our conmpany and to start working immediatelly.

Candidates must have excellent english and local language command, as well as customer service as customer care will be provided to all customers, either face to face or telephonically.

Key Requirements:

Grade 12 or any equivallent
With or without experience since induction will be conducted
Well Spoken in English and Locally
Computer skills,including internet knowledge is an added advantage

Re-muneration R4 500 / R10 500 monthly

Key Responsibilities;

Attending to both inbound and outbound calls
Daily client service
Managing and updating company dadtabases
Providing logical solutions to customer queries
Ensuring clientry rentention to maintain company high record
