Job Description:

General Account Manager / Business Development Manager 
General Account manager / Business Development Manager responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Account Managers liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs. Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favourable relationship with clients. Dedicated to meeting the needs of our clients. A proven track record of winning new clients.

Must have a degree, and experience in
  • Data Management
  • Data Governance
  • Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing
  • Cloud strategies
  • Digital and Cloud understanding, Deep Data Management, MDM, Data Governance, BI experience,
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Significant level of experience within the financial services and retail sector. Other industries a bonus
  • Significant level of experience in complex software solution selling
  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Executive level strategy, communication, presentations and negotiation skills, and ability to influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Professional approach to your work
  • Self-starter, Driven by your achievements
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to diffuse sensitive situations – Diplomatic/customer service focus
