Job Description:

A highly successful and well-established UK group of businesses that have 15 years of contained growth and prosperity. We have now successfully opened a South African office based in Century City, Cape Town.  
 
Requirements:
  • A good IT technical knowledge across multiple areas to enable quick and accurate diagnosis of problems.
  • Ensure all system changes are undertaken to agreed standards of quality, service and security.
  • Input and maintain data in the Fresh Service ticketing system, including creation of knowledge bases
  • There will also be a requirement to document all work to an acceptable standard and work closely with your UK colleagues.
  • Deal with all types of customer enquiries via face to face, email, ticketing system and remote over the phone.
  • Ensure that all processes are carried out in accordance with current legislation, regulations and policy, with particular emphasis on GDPR, PCI, DCC and ISO27001.
  • Installation and support of PCs remotely and on-site (Win7/10)
  • AD Administrator – user management
  • Office 365
  • Administration of company Phone systems Connex dialler and 3CX
  • Investigating and resolution of any associated incidents and problems
 
Skill
  • ITIL awareness
  • Good level of education/ and/or relevant qualifications – Technical
  • Good command of English language, speaking and writing
  • Previous experience in IT Contact Centre
 
Other
  • Some shift patterns may be needed in the future to provide a NOC function to the group of companies.
  • Some out of hours’ work may be required
  • UK working hours and holidays apply
