National ISP Leader is recruiting for a Helpdesk Support Agent to join their dynamic team.
 
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Relevant IT Tertiary qualification
  • Previous exposure to Call Centre environment
  • Excellent communicator
  • Customer focused
  • A good IT technical knowledge across multiple areas to enable quick and accurate diagnosis of problems.
  • Ensure all system changes are undertaken to agreed standards of quality, service and security.
  • Deal with all types of customer enquiries via face to face, email, ticketing system and remote over the phone.
 
Skills:
  • ITIL awareness
  • Good level of education/ and/or relevant qualifications – Technical
  • Good command of English language, speaking and writing
  • Previous experience in IT Contact Centre
